Updated FAQs on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

USCIS recently updated their FAQs on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.  To see the updated FAQs you can click here.  It touches upon the commonly asked question of whether a person granted deferred action can travel and other questions I am frequently asked.  It also addresses some of the concerns, though not clearly in my opinion, such as if my application is denied will the government place me in removal proceedings or even my family members in removal proceedings?  A potential deferred action applicant should consult an experienced immigration attorney to help him or her fully understand all the risks involved in filing the application.
