Meet the Attorneys

Hugo Valverde

Hugo’s passion for immigration law is rooted in his own family’s experience immigrating from Peru. He has served the immigrant community through the practice of law since 2005 and founded Valverde Law in 2019, dedicating his practice exclusively to immigration matters.

Lychelle Chisolm

Lychelle has represented clients before USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, immigration courts, and local courts since joining Valverde Law at its founding in 2019. She focuses on family-based immigration, consular processing, adjustment of status, special immigrant juvenile status, naturalization, waivers, VAWA, and select employment-based matters.

Andrew (Andy) Reigel​

Andrew (“Andy”) Reigel grew up as a missionary kid in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before returning to the United States and settling in central Wisconsin. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and later received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, where he served as president of the Hispanic Law Students Association.
